Massage Therapy

I combine deep tissue, European and Hawaiian style massage plus hot stones for a wonderful & relaxing experience. This type of massage concentrates on specific areas of the body, releasing and soothing muscle tissue in territories of chronic pain, or in need of injury repair. Deep Tissue releases chronic patterns of bodily tension through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia.

By affecting muscles, tendons and ligaments, massage can result in deep relaxation and stress release in every system of the body. This form of massage involves long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on muscles. It promotes relaxation and stress reduction, improves circulation, increases range of motion and relieves muscle tension.

Sound & Cymatics Massage - Combined massage techniques plus tuning forks and (or) Cymatics Therapy. This massage is very relaxing for the spitit and helps to release emotional & meridian ( energy) blockages.

Acupressure Massage. The body's meridians are encouraged to flow more freely by stimulating specific pressure points.

Huna Hawaiian Massage (Lomi Lomi). Lomi lomi aims to treat the body and mind as one whole being. Working intuitively with your body, with fluid, rhythmic strokes to release and shift tensions.

Hot Stone Massage - Smooth Lava stones from Hawaii are heated & used and layed on to massage the whole body.
